The President is a statutory representative of the Council. Any representative of the Council member or any natural person, who enjoys general confidence and honour, may become the President.
The President is elected and withdrawn by the Plenary Assembly at the suit of any Council member. The President is elected for a 3 years term of Office.
The President represents the Council. The range of rights and duties of the President and the way he/she is salaried, may be specified only by the decision of the Plenary Assembly.
